SMART Science will admit new students:

     Four classes of 16 students each are open for admission, namely:

  • 2 classes for students whose English is at CEFR B2.2
  • 2 classes for students whose English is at CEFR A1 level. Candidates who have studied German in primary and lower secondary schools will be at an advantage.

Аdmission requirements

  • Excellent level of Bulgarian language literacy and strong skills in Mathematics for the respective age group.
  • Keen interest in Science and Social Studies.
  • Good behaviour and active participation in class.
  • Teamworking skills.

Step 1: Admission Contest
Please, choose one of the following exam days
  • November 22, Saturday, 10:00 AM

Candidates take an exam divided into three modules: Mathematics, Bulgarian and English. The exam is within 3 hours, with breaks between modules.

Step 2: Candidates visit the school on a trial day
Please, select a preferable date in the application form

Parents select a preferable date (school day) for a trial day. The school sends an invitation for a trial day (free of charge). Applicants join the classes of the respective age groups during the trial days.

Step 3: Meeting with a school representative and Open Doors
  • November 25, Tuesday, 4:00 PM

Only parents of the approved candidates are invited to attend Open Door event to get acquainted with the school facilities and academic programs we follow – the ones established by the Bulgarian Ministry and Education and by Cambridge Assessment International Education.

Please complete and submit the online application form

Admission competition participation fee: 30 euro. After submitting the application form, we will send you a registration confirmation and instructions for the participation fee payment.

Tuition fee:
7 500 EURO Annual Tuition Fee, payable in equal monthly installments of 750 EURO

SMART Science offers scholarships to the most successful candidates (50% or 100% reduction of the tuition fee) for the five-year period of education.
